The most chocolate-y day is nearly upon us and 7:3 Chocolates will be doing something new to mark the holiday. We will be offering three heart-shaped chocolates in three new flavors for a limited time only. We’re putting the final touches on these new chocolates, so stay tuned for some pictures and descriptions in the next few days.

In the meantime, I can drop some flavor hints:

Mystery Valentine’s Flavor 1 will pair a favorite ingredient with something that turns up the heat reminding you of exotic locales and perfumed air;
Mystery Valentine’s Flavor 2 will romance you with the thought of fireside romance while a storm rages outside;

Welcome to the new and improved flavor lab! Here you will find weekly menus of the flavors we’re offering as well as those projects we’re working on to make 7:3 Chocolates even better. We’ll also be posting recipes and some of our favorite tidbits from around the web. We’d love to hear from you as well about the kind of content you’d like to see, and any cool tips you care to share.
